DESCRIPTION
Gaps around doors and windows are easy to ignore until you feel the cold air moving across a room. This 5 meter adhesive strip presses into those edges and helps limit the airflow and moisture that slip through them. The material is flexible, so it follows slight warps and irregularities in a frame instead of bridging over them and leaving a channel behind.
Application is straightforward. Clean and dry the surface, measure the run you need, trim the strip to length with scissors, then peel the backing and press it firmly along the edge. Because you cut it yourself, one roll can cover a front door, a couple of window frames and a drafty interior door, with each length sized properly rather than stretched or doubled up. The profile is thin enough that doors and windows still close and latch normally.
The clear finish is the other reason it disappears into a room. Against glass, painted wood, aluminum or uPVC, it reads as part of the frame rather than as a visible fix, so you can seal a room without the strip becoming the first thing anyone notices. Press along the full length again after a day to make sure the adhesive has bonded evenly, and check the ends occasionally at corners where movement is greatest.
