Before you write

If your message is about an order, including your order number gets you a faster answer. If something arrived damaged or faulty, a photo saves a round trip.

Common questions

Where is my order? Orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days from the day you place them. You will have had a tracking number by email once it shipped, and tracking can take a day to start updating. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, write to us and we will follow up with the carrier.

Why has only part of my order arrived? Now and then the items in one order ship from different warehouses and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking. There is no extra charge. See the shipping policy.

I want to return something. Read the refund policy and then message us with your order number. You have 30 days from delivery. Please wait for a return authorization number before mailing anything back.

How much is shipping? Free on US orders over thirty-five dollars. Below that a flat rate applies, from $4.90 depending on weight and speed, and you see it at checkout before you pay. See the shipping policy for details.

Can I change my address? Yes, if the order has not shipped. Write to us right away.
