Rinsing a stack of dishes at a fixed faucet means moving everything to the water. This attachment flips that around. The head swivels a full 360 degrees, so you can send the stream into a far corner of the sink, over the rim of a tall pot, or straight down into a colander without shifting anything you have already stacked.

Three water modes cover most of what a kitchen sink gets asked to do. A jet setting cuts through baked-on residue, a shower setting rinses produce and glassware more gently, and a combined spray sits between the two for everyday washing. You change modes with a button on the side of the head, so a wet hand can switch mid-task without stopping to dry off first.

The extension adjusts from under two inches to over five, which lets you set one height for filling a kettle and another for scrubbing a pan. An aerated nozzle mixes air into the flow, cutting splashback at the sink edge while keeping the spray effective. Fitting is a screw-on connection at the existing faucet thread, so check the seal, hand-tighten, and run the water briefly to confirm there are no drips. Unscrew the head occasionally and rinse the aerator so the flow stays even over time.
