Will it fit my office chair?

The straps are adjustable and are meant to secure the cushion to most seats, including car seats. A chair with a very wide or unusually shaped back may still leave the cushion sitting proud of the frame.

Can I wash the cover?

Yes. The cover is removable and washable, and it is described as breathable, so it can come off after a warm week at a desk rather than staying on the cushion permanently.

Which size should I pick?

Two options are offered, and the larger runs roughly one to two inches bigger in each direction than the smaller. Measure the height of your chair back first, since the bigger cushion can sit too high on a low seat.

Will this fix my posture?

It is built to support lower back alignment while you are sitting, and it cannot do more than that. Posture over the long run depends on your chair height, desk setup and how often you get up, none of which a cushion controls.

What comes in the box?

One back support cushion with its cover and straps, in the size and color you choose. There is no seat pad or headrest included, so it covers the back of the chair only.
