How much oil does one spray put out?

Roughly 1.3 milliliters per pump, which is enough to coat a pan without pooling. That makes it easy to judge how much you have used across several dishes rather than guessing from a free pour.

Can I put anything other than oil in it?

Vinegar works, and it is also suited to alcohol for cleaning. Stick to thin liquids: anything thick, or with herbs and solids floating in it, will clog a fine spray pump before long.

How do I refill and clean it?

The mouth is wide, so you can pour straight in and get a brush inside without a funnel. Wash the glass with warm soapy water and run warm water through the pump so oil does not set.

Will it leak in a cabinet or a picnic basket?

There is a silicone ring designed to stop leaks, and the closure is meant to be spill resistant. It is still a glass bottle full of oil, so carry it upright rather than on its side.

How many bottles do I get?
